Zhenia is a proven growth strategist with expertise in developing and implementing effective strategies for expanding business within the public sector. Zhenia’s experience traverses small, mid, and large businesses where she has led teams in identifying and capturing new business and expanding client relationships with federal agencies.
In her role, Zhenia drives expansion into new customers and translates the company’s vision into a growth strategy that aligns cBEYONData’s competencies with pursuits.
She holds a B.S. in psychology from Bloomsburg University and an MBA from American University. She also has an executive certificate in management and leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Business.
